Who Funds Us

State of Alaska, Division of Behavioral Health

The State of Alaska, Division of Behavioral Health has provided funding for three consecutive grant cycles, totaling seven years! Currently we are in the second year of our third grant cycle and have three more years in this grant cycle.

Crossett Endowment

JSPC has received several grants through the Crossett Endowment. These grants helped to support the Sources of Strength program.

Alaska Community Foundation

JSPC received funding from the ACF to support a media campaign for the Sources of Strength program.

Juneau Violence Prevention Coalition

The Juneau Violence Prevention Coalition wrote the JSPC, Sources of Strength specifically, into a grant supported through the State of Alaska, Department of Public Safety, Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault by Grant No. 15-CBPREV-02 during 2014 – 2015 school year. This partnership and grant was especially helpful as it provided bridge funding so continue to Sources of Strength program for one year.

Juneau Community Foundation

  • Most recently, JSPC received a grant with the Juneau Community Foundation.
  • The Pete Trivette Memorial Fund also provided bridge funding for Sources of Strength during the 2014 – 2015 school year.

In-Kind Donations

JSPC has received several in-kind donations from community agencies. These donations are used to thank the Adult Advisors that help with the Sources of Strength program and the peer leaders for their commitment and investment to the program. In the 2014-2015 calendar year, we received in-kind donations from:
